Refund policy

At ARW Stores, we deliver premium leather goods and daily essentials across Pakistan with 100% Free Nationwide Delivery. (Minimum Order Value 2000/- PKR or UP).

Please review our clear guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and order cancellations.

1. Payment & Shipping Policy

  • 25% Advance Payment: All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Remaining 75% amount to be paid COD.

  • Free Nationwide Shipping: We offer 100% Free Delivery across Pakistan on all orders (Minimum Order Value 2000/- PKR or UP).

2. "Allow to Open Parcel" (At Delivery)

To ensure complete peace of mind:

  • You are permitted to open the outer courier flyer and inspect your item upon delivery.

  • On-the-Spot Rejection: If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, you may reject the parcel with the courier rider immediately for a free replacement or full refund.

3. Return & Exchange Window

You have 3 days from delivery to request an exchange or return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or differs from what was ordered.

Note on Shipping Charges for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the courier shipping charges when sending items back to us for standard returns or size/preference exchanges.

  • Store Responsibility: If the return or exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us, ARW Stores will cover all shipping costs.

4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before Dispatch: Orders cancelled prior to dispatch receive a 100% immediate refund.

  • After Dispatch / Non-Defective Returns: Refunds for returned items exclude any initial courier logistics expenses.

  • Payout Method: Approved refunds are processed directly via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, within 3 to 5 working days after inspecting the returned parcel.
