Welcome to ARW Stores. By accessing or purchasing from our Shopify store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

1. General Conditions

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service, modify store contents, or adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing

Product Representations: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and dimensions of our leather goods and products as accurately as possible. However, exact leather textures may vary slightly due to natural hide characteristics.
Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on the store are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes where stated.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment Terms: 25% Advance Payment: All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Remaining 75% amount to be paid COD basis via supported payment gateways (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa).
Order Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of full payment verification.
Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, cancellation fees or shipping deduction terms apply as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free Nationwide Shipping: We provide 100% Free Shipping across Pakistan on all standard orders (Minimum Order Value 2000/- PKR or UP).
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery times range between 3 to 5 business days depending on courier coverage and destination city.
"Allow to Open Parcel" Inspection: Customers are allowed to inspect the contents of their parcel upon courier arrival before signing/accepting. If the item is damaged or incorrect, the parcel may be rejected on the spot.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Charges

3-Day Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 3 days of parcel receipt.
Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for paying all return/exchange shipping fees when sending items back to us for general returns, size swaps, or change-of-mind exchanges.
Defective or Incorrect Shipments: If an item is received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, ARW Stores will bear all replacement shipping expenses.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logo designs, branding graphics, banners, photography, text, and product names—is the intellectual property of ARW Stores and protected under Pakistani copyright and intellectual property legislation. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the relevant Provincial Consumer Protection Acts.
Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes arising from transactions on this store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
